Increase on rental. tenant at 505 Kiaat kwaggasran

I am appauld by the way city property does business, they truely sell dreams to potetial tenants and when you in their one year contract (which feels like a death trap) you realise what a mistake, when something is too good to be true it usually is, i became a tenant at city prop in February this year and due to the fact that i needed accomodation having relocated from Durban to Pretoria i decided to trust a property agency that looked as though they are well established and where actually servicing people and not their pockets. On signing the contract i asked about their after 6 months rental increase as i never could understand the logic behind it and was told that when property is occupied it automatically goes up which to this day i still dont understand and worset of all last month they decide to change this rule and start increases after a year mind you only for new clients because the current tenants complained about such, now logically one would think if current tenants complain they should be reaping the benefits but it aint so today i recieved an invoice with the increase on it. And their light billing system is not transperant to tenants at all.
