<p>I arived in the flat and found that CITY PROPERTY have changed the locks due to rental payment delay by three weeks. Its a violation of basic human rights to close my food, clothes, etc without written notice nore court order. I PROMISED TO SETTLE MONTH END but they locked me out. very cruel. im in the street</p>
