******* eviction by city property

<p>i have been a tenant at city property flat called Vuseselela place unit 1512 since 2010 October . yesterday when got the flat was told can't acces the building my unit is locked be cause I dint pay the rent . I have been having financial issue lately . I had to sleep at friend place . I don't even know where am I gonna sleep tonight . furthermore am writing exam tomorrow and Monday I can only pay them saturday how do I prepare for exams without my books cause my books are locked inside . worse part is that I dint even get call from city property to tell me that they are locking my unit . I can someone please advised me how can deal with this elligal practice by city property . I'll make it point that all the people that I know will never ever stay at any cityproperty flats .</p>
