I was staying at Laras place from May 2024- 31 may 2025 room 405 during my stay I never missed any payments

I was staying at Laras place from May 2024- 31 may 2025 room 405 during my stay I never missed any payments. When I put in notice to move out they suddenly sent invoices that I owe water , of which I had already paid and it was included in the rent for May and i paid it . They sent another invoice in June stating I owe utilities and I told them that they should deduct the money I owe to them on my deposit. They took long to pay that deposit. Recently when I check my credit score status it is showing that I owe them 142 and i am asking myself how do I owe them 142 what is it for? That they didn’t deduct with the rest of the money when they gave me my deposit back after a month. I am not happy because it is messing up my credit score
