Horrible service

I stayed 6years in city property building. The bad treatment we got the day we where evicted ,from the lady named Kedibone Sekwakwa from Pretoria office and the caretaker from Nedholm building is very disappointing and heartbreaking as well..we where told to vacate the building in 3days. No eviction notice, nor court order. because one month rent was not paid after so many years we stayed in their building.. we were treated like dogs. Even held hostage on that day of moving out..Security were instructed not to open gate for us. Our belongings is still kept in their premises against our will because of so called contract holders. When we ask them to assist us we where told that we don’t have contact with them but all along we not contact holders are the one who have been paying all along not the contact holder 😡😡😡a big company that deals with billions of people they can’t protect the same people who are giving them business…it’s ******** to keep tenant belongings because they failed to pay rent for a month but Kedibone was condoning it that’s why they refused when we wanted to do payment arrangement… City property must train their staff to be professional no matter what and also take them to customer service training maybe they will improve
