Horrible FLATS - Don't Lease there!!!!

Moving to a City Property Flat was a bad mistake, I don't know where to start.<br> o Unreliable Water supply <br> o The lifts have not worked for almost 2 weeks<br> o Unreliable Electricity supply (they hide behind load shedding, however we are sometimes the only building without electricity)<br> o Roach infested flats, the fumigation is useless.<br> o Neighbours have 4 kids in One-bedroom flats, the contract stipulates the maximum number of occupants <br> o Foreign nationals have turned that flat into a squatter camp, you have instances where 8 share a single flat <br> o *** visitation rules, with so many ******* foreign nationals in that flat however they still expect visitors to leave the IDs with the ******* security guards <br> <br> <br> These are some of the countless issues you have with City Property, and they don't seem to care. You better off living a squalor than leasing some of their flats. They ridiculously expensive, you get absolutely no value for your money.
