HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THREATS

@CityPropertySA 🚮😡Your services are so horrible, I was threatened by one of your agents when I needed help on my lease. I overpaid my account and requested for a refund and when I called to enquire about that and get help they told me “What are you going to do?”. Intimidating me that I’m just nothing and there’s nothing I can do.

The disrespect in the call, yet I make sure to pay my account on time every month and this is the treatment I get? I hate this place so much even the maintenance is trash, cupboards are falling and when I ask for help they take days to respond and always throw a fit about it.

Do not sign a lease with City Property or your life will turn into hell
