HELP!!!!!

<p>I'm sure this is the 100th time I'm logging a complaint against the same thing...but anyway here's my problem, CPA PLACE 504, I don't know if I should ask to move to another floor where my neighbors won't treat this place like a shebeen and bring friends over either at 2:30am from a club because they closed and they want to continue with their fun at his place, they switch on the music and make a WHOLE LOT OF NOISE where "I" the person sleeping next door can hear everything because they are screaming their lungs out probably because they can't hear each other because of the music they are playing and that keeps me very much awake because I can't sleep with such noise, I still also want to understand the fact that the securities let them in seeing they are drunk and it's after 10pm where visitors aren't allowed in which I thought was the rule here, but my point is I'm tired of complaining about the same thing over and over so maybe I'm the one that's supposed to move because I seem to be the only one that suffers at the end of the day, paying rent to live in a shebeen because of one person that would argue with me when I tell him he's making noise because he's all drunk so it's useless for me to communicate with him cause he argues and doesn't want to listen and I end up screaming at him because he thinks what he's doing is all right and maybe also because I'm younger than him, also I don't want him to turn violent because I'm too pregnant to be in such situations...beginning of this year Thabang from City property had a meeting with the both of us and he was told what would happen which he kind of stopped with the noise for a few weeks, now last week he was making a whole lot of noise at 3am and his door was open, I went and told him he's making noise and he argued with me for almost 15min and told me he's just having fun playing cards with his friends and he pays rent for his place so I cannot tell him sh*t and also where is he supposed to host his people, a whole lot of men that Come here drunk, playing music and trying to have a conversation which result in them screaming and waking me up from sleep and keeping me up because I'm just a mere girl that won't tell them what to do...he would tell me that his other neighbors don't complain, why? Because there's a friggin fire extinguisher in between the flats and my flat 503 is literally next to 504 and the walls become too thin everytime these people have conversations, I called the securities plenty of times and unfortunately they can't even handle them because he argues the fact that he pays rent and can do anything he likes, I don't blame the poor security because they tried so many times to solve this but couldn't and Thabang also tried to solve it and hey that clearly didn't work....so I'm asking if I can move to another empty flat here atleast and have some peace and quiet cause clearly this issue will never be resolved, as I'm typing this its 3:27am and I'm out of sleep cause the crowd just came back from wherever they were from and decided to continue their party....</p>
