Helene Le Roux's Service Is Disgusting
The Hangar Complex in Zwartkop is a ces****l of hooliganism and filth. Children run amock on the corridors until late and the adults are unruly during the night.
The building manager Helene Le Roux does not seem to care. She refers to the building as a "highly densely" populated and they are more concerned about rental income than the well being on tenants.
City Property is a MESS!!!
