Great service from Tshepo Aphane (Silverplace Building)

I hope this finds you well. We tend to complain about bad service we receive from people but hardly speak about the great and satisfactory service we receive from others. I just want to thank Tshepo Aphane for the great service he gave us in the past days whereby we had an issue with parking space. Tshepo managed to listen, understand, advise and act accordingly without being biased but with facts before him. I was completely impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and communication process as he kept on updating me on any progress. My issue was dealt with and resolved in less then 12 hours, he went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved and for that, I'm truly thankful and happy with his services.
