Geyser.
Early last week I told the Building Manager about my geyser as my water was/is not getting warm even if the geyser is on. He installed a new thermostat and the next day my water was warm, then the following days the same issue happened again and I called him and he came to check it then it was fine for that day. My issue is that my geyser seems to be on a timer, the water gets hot at 7:00am and I leave at 7:30 am (This never used to happen) during the day the water is warm but when I have to bath for work I don't have warm water. I have flu and again today I had to bath with cold water this morning. This is my second week dealing with this, I would appreciate it if this issue can get sorted out today as I can not be dealing with this again tomorrow. I am tired of always calling the Building Manager about this.
We have confirmed the Building Manager did discuss the geyser with you. We do not have any timer switches on geysers, and it does take awhile for the water to heat up if a geyser was switched off.
