It really saddens me to forward this report because of the unprofessional service that CPA has rendered for past hours. It is to my concern to bring this to your attention - mannerism and hidden info that CPA team has finally presented on 05/10. It came to my surprise that the company itself doesn't want to admit their negligence over the 'Lease Agreement' which they states being their best communicator to their clients . Yes I did acknowledge that I didn't go through the contract to note that my contract will automatically renew for same period as signed on my first contract signed in 2014. CPA doesn't want to acknowledge their mistake of miscommunication as their staff states different Standard Operation within the company itself. It was very chaotic at the offices yesterday 05/10 - No one can stand up to say Yes we did you wrong as a client. I request CPA to rectify accordingly ' I was never notified that my REFUND will fall in vane' I placed notice to terminate contract on vacate date confirmed 10/09 - but no one mentioned this matter of so called \ cancellation fee of R3410.00.<br> Therefore I demand my refund of R3480.00. This matter is important to other clients"
