***** City property

I stayed at Splendid place for only 12 months in an old city property flat that was not in a good condition,the care-taker just ticked everything and said to me if there is something that is not right i should report it in 7 days so i just assume he wrote down everything when he says that so i signed 2. the window was cracked and now they are saying its me 3. they only want to paint the flat now and they want me to pay for that 4. i damaged a piece of the carpert now they want me to pay R6000 just for the carpet. i moved out in march 2019 , in April i received an invoice of R12 000 saying i should pay to renovate the flat that i didn't damage the flat was not in a good condition when a moved in and now they want to renovate it in my expenses. Splendid place is trying to take advantage of me by making me renovate the flat
