Flat Deposit - Refund

I exited a city property building on 29 December 2015. Four weeks after my departure I have to receive my deposit back. There's a lady called Busisiwe Sibanyoni assisting me. <br> <br> The problem I am having is that she's not being honest with me in terms of when exactly will I receive my refund. She had initially indicated that I will receive my deposit on Friday 29/01/2016. I did not get it. She then told me that I will get my deposit latest Monday 01/02/2016, I still did not get it.<br> <br> When I contact her today, she gave me a very funny excuse regarding how they didn't bill me correctly in 2012 and had to urgently make changes on my account because I will get a credit of R100 or something. However when the issue of WHEN WILL I GET MY DEPOSIT arose, she was not forthcoming and was giving me the runaround again.<br> <br> It's funny how City Property would be quick to respond when you owe them money yet, when it is the other way round, they are messing me up.<br> <br> I just need my deposit as I have financial obligations to meet.
