EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

Good day,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dipuo Bopape for the wonderful service she provided me with.

Her voice is very welcoming and she is always willing to assist and go an extra mile for customers.

She always answers her phone and try to assist where she can even if she is not working with the particular building..much appreciated hope she treats all her clients with this kind of manner.

I called the residential leasing customer service and I spoke to a very great rude person called LUCY who does not even listen to the query, she was too quick to tel me to call the person who assisted me with the application.

For that service that I received from LUCY it makes me wonder if I should regret choosing city property, people who are like her need to be @ the back office and do admin or rather not take the call.
