Extremely bad service

I have been with city property from 2011, and the first time I wanted to move out last year, I was told that the lease has not expired, which was a lie, as I never signed to renew it, when I asked for the feedback, I was given a letter with my name and wrong surname on it, which shows how *********** they are. After I decided since I don't want to talk too much, I moved to another one of their buildings where, they said it will be ready on the 1st of January, of which when I went there everything was a disaster, it was not painted, plugs not working, windows not working, toilet not fixed running water, making noise the whole time, cant even sleep at night. They painted while we were inside, which is very dangerous, the toilet was not fixed property, for that they charge me for water bill everymonth, when I questioned it, Allthea didn't do anything about it, till I decided to leave, now that its her fault to reply me late, this company doesnt want to give my deposit.
