Exceptional work from care taker Elise

I moved into Tower hill in 2022 and the Elis was the caretaker who helped me with settling in. She is so bubbly and friendly who was forever willing to assist. Her response to issues reported was prompt and friendly and did not feel as though I was bothersome. I hope City property gives their top performers their flowers and acknowledge them because they make us feel home away from home. It makes one feel cared for when the care taker greets you and asks where you have been as they noticed that she did not see me at the usual times that I would be going to work and wondered if I'm okey. That assured me that she is attentive and would notice anything should something happen. A job well done to her and her passion for her work and she does it above and beyond and was consistent over the years she was here. I was amazed with her humanity that I even posted her on my Facebook as a way of me appreciating and giving her her well deserved flowers
