Exceptional service!

I was once again impressed by the dedication shown by the City Property team towards the issue that I had with birds stuck in my ceiling.

Please accept my gratitude towards Lance, Reuben, Jan and your maintenance staff (I'm sorry that I didn't get all their names) for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to sleep peacefully thanks to their attentive presence. I would also like to commend the Security start and Daniel for the greetings and smiles every single day. Your professionalism and team work really gets things done.
