Excellent service

I knew Yasmeen, when I had a problem with my TV, (13Feb 2014) it was not clear, everyone was complaining in the building with the same problem. I sent an email, she rep**** Immediately, the problem was sorted that day, as she first ask about my cable in the house how long it is, I discovered that it was my fault had to buy a short cable. Same year July, I had financial problems, where I sent an email to everyone for a decrease in rental amount, I even sent an email to head office, no one rep**** except her, she tried her best, asked Jennifer to assist, there was no reply, I went to the offices asked to for Jennifer, she came assisted me, Explained how everything works,again I was happy when I left her office, she was so friendly and extremely professional. January this year I moved to Lusam, had problems with admni dept, sent an email to Althea got an out of office, I sent the same email to her again, she never said this is not my building she assisted me as fast as she could, this woman deserves an award she is the best, when Althea came back she took over and she was very helpful to me as well I thank both of them so so much, my bill has been sorted out. Thank you ladies
