Electricity problem in City Property Buildings.

I was so excited to move into a city property building in the CBD in Pretoria but we have had one electricity problem after the other. The first time I just dismissed it and thought it was a minor fault... As I type this, we have had no electricity for more than 24 hours and no coursey of communication from the owners or managers as to why we are the only building around us that does not have electricity. I called the building manager, one Mr Moses who said he had no idea what was goin on since it is just load shedding.. 24 hour load shedding? Wow! What a lousy excuse for mismananegement. That is No way to treat tenants at all.. No professionalism at all. No customer care whatsoever.

Good day,

We apologise for the inconvenience with regard to the power outage at our building. Unfortunately we are dependent on City Council for electricity, and we cannot fix this problem ourselves. This is not load shedding, but a fault that Council is working on.

We are continuously following up with Council, but we have not received any feedback from them, or any timeline on when the power will be back on.

You are welcome to contact them yourselves to assist us in getting a response from them. The reference number is: 132/16

Kind regards,
