Electricity complaint
City property: I'd like to find out when are we going to have electricity? This has been an ongoing thing everytime if there's a long weekend or school holiday we don't have electricity and no communication nothing.I'm staying with a sick child who is diabetic how am I going to cook for her?This is day 3.
