I hope this email finds you well I'm disappointed with the level of service I have gotten from city property and I have tried to reason with your office I will then take further steps by reaching out to the Fais ombudsman or NCR in the matter I have paid my dues in full I haven't gotten a paid up letter nor itc removal I have sent numerous emails and spent countless hours over the phone Alida knows my case so does Lorraine from wjl ,however it's easy to just forward the emails to you she informs me ,I have to do part of the administration myself kindly assist in this regard

Anyone looking to stay with city property good luck unprofessional they don't communicate with one another it's a nightmare in that office
