DONT CONSIDER STAYING OR SIGNING A LEASE CONTRACT WITH CITY PROPERTY....THEY WILL ROB YOU....I stayed at City Property for almost 7 years Castle Mansions and FranksPlace. I referred a number of people to be tenants at City Property. But, when I lost a job I made a notice to move out on time. The inspection was done on repairs and nothing was broken, but they issued a bill of R3500 for painting, washing of walls, stove and carpet. I tried to ask more information on how this occurred to this amount and I was told I must pay o I'll be.listed on credit bereua. I lost my job and I requested on time to make arrangements to pay R100 and this was approved. Now I recently received a notice of default where as I requested for arrangements and I honored. I feel this is all done unfairly and I was looking forward to come back to CityProp as soon as I get the job, now I won't.
