Do not rent with City Property. They do not refund deposit.
At the end of January 2021, I vacated the flat I was renting with City Property after I served the required 30 days notice. According to the law, I am supposed to get my refund deposit within 14 days. What has happened is that till date (11 March 2021), more than 2 months and 11 days, I have not received a cent of my deposit. I would urge anyone who is thinking of renting with City Property to think again. Rather go to Huurkor or Pro-Admin. City Property does not pay back your deposit.
