Dissappointed

I have to say City property takes forever with Refunds yet when you move in deposit is paid faster I moved out on the 10th of December and its already 19 January and Iam still waiting for my refund this is really unfair as they should have a process or technology that processes payments fast because If i had to miss rental payments it would have been an Issue. 2nd I do not even wanna list all the issues I had in that property I stayed for 2 years yet I complained about the same thing over and over again when it rained I had a problem my dinning room will be flooding of water and messing up my furniture but yet again its not their problem right aslong as I paid rent.
