Disgusting customer service at city property

I signed a one year one year contract with tswana city property @ Alexc's place last year. The flat was on promotion. Then renewed the contract again because the flat was still on promotion and the agreed rental fee was R4 455.00 . Now i have been writing emails to the building Manager , Rita Enslin .

I informed her twic that my invoices are not reflecting what was agreed on, insted now I'm told i have to pay R4 806.20 .

For some reason she doesn't respond to my emails yet when she wanted me to renew my contract she would respond instantly! The customer service at city property is disgusting!
