Disgusting behavior and ****ty service

This is my second attempt to request you guys to close my account, I have check my credit report and the account remains active with outstanding amount of R24. This is a simple request that u failing achieve.

It’s been more than 30days since my last request and my status should have updated as other companies I’ve reached out to the same day as you guys have updated my status.

I need this matter attended to as I will be taking this to social media band tagging you guys for the ****ty service you’ve given me, please don’t be calling me and close my account
