Disgusted ******** behaviour from building Manager

<p>I have been at THE HANGAR complex in centurion since December 2017 , I have been harassed by this koos since the day I moved in , on the day I moved in he told me "at this complex , we put out " which was not a great start , he twice came to my unit and displayed disgusting behaviour where he was shouting in front of my visitors and again threaten that I will be put out in front of them ,he since has blocked me from having visitors and it's 3 months later ,just yesterday my visitor was told that I am not allowed to have visitors , I don't feel this is fair and have done my investigation that this is ******** , I am not a happy tenant and regret moving into this place , Koos (the building manager ) is rude and I feel I am being picked on , for a reason I have no idea about , I have chated to the staff that work here and they have confirmed that this guy treats people like this , which is not right , I have complained twice already to City property , I need to be assisted on where I report this further cause this business practice is ******** . </p>
