Disappointing service/no caring of tenants

Water problem as a result of the housing agency not paying water bill. I live in Temple Court one of City Property's apartments, we have been having water issues ever since we moved in in September, almost every two days in a week the water cuts off mind you we have sick people and children living with us how are we to survive if there is no water only because no one wants to pay the water bill. This is really disappointing I would understand if there were water tanks around the flats but there isn't and right now we are struggling because of the pandemic we lost jobs and we trying to survive, in actual sense we do not have money to buy water when it gets cut off thats why there should be alternatives water tanks or something. I tried calling the customer care no one helped instead i was told to call back for the property manager Nandipha who is unreachable. this is really disappointing. I mean you all know that water is very essential, it is a need.
