Disappointed in City property.

We are very disappointed in City property for letting us their tenants to stay more than 5days without electricity, they should have tried to implement a temporary solution for US by now, imagine in this cold we have no electricity, children have to go to schools some of us have to go to work! The passages, reception even the parking are so DARK. This has caused serious security bridge, its not even SAFE AT THIS POINT! People just come in and out without being seen visitors just pop in any how at night as if they live there.
