Disappointed at their service

City property Sharon's place,they say their not pets friendly but we have cats scratching and sleeping on top of our cars in the parking area.last year august I reported the issue they ignored it,again with scratches in November I reported they said they will attend to the matter,till today the cats are doing as they please they have not remember bed them as promised .yet we fix our own cars after the damage caused by their negligence.
