Dirty units

I would like to advise people not to rent with City Property. I was renting at Theo's Place for the past 2 years (since September 2020), the place is roach infested, there is a bad smell coming from the carpets they've installed in the units and ever since I moved in they never bother with cleaning the carpets. Once you move out they charge you to clean the carpet and the place is so dirty, there are ****roaches roaming the units and it's so disgusting, the pest control company that comes every month is so useless and their chemicals don't work. Once they're supposed to pay your deposit it's a hassle, they make unnecessary deductions. Once renting with them they'll mess up your credit record, it was difficult for me to acquire finance from the bank for both my car and house. I had to ask them to remove my name since they made it seem as if I was renting 2 units. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS POORLY MANAGED RENTAL PROPERTY...
