Deposit *******, rude staff, bad customer service and greedy

Rude and unprofessional staff, customer service is a problem.

Property manager and building manager at Pete's place wanted me to move out midday of the day my lease was going to expire because they wanted to get the apartment ready for the tenant moving on the first, mind you the lease to the place am moving to is only starting on the first and they said they don't care where I am supposed to be before the first of the month.

They only care about money, they attempted to remove my furniture and put it outside the apartment before my lease expire mind you when I was moving in the apartment had been empty for a month and the first of the month was going to be during week they refused that I move in two days before my lease comensed because my lease only comensed on the first yet they wanted me to move out early by force.

When it come to my deposit refund they send me a statement with water and sawage costs for three months when I had been paying those costs every month with rent just so they could not give me back my deposit. They also hiked repairs costs and said I owe them money instead of refunding me my deposit.

I don't recommend city property, you can rent from them if you want bad customer service, treatment and to never see your deposit back again.

If I could give them negative stars I would.
