DEPOSIT REFUND -
I keep seeing the same terrible reviews with regards to deposit refunds especially for the the current year(2019). Wish I'd known better. fortunately I've moved to a different agency. Still no deposit refunded and endless stories and charges. I expected better from a "reputable" company
