Deposit not paid back

I moved out of their premises on the 31 January and today is the 1st of March and I still haven't received my deposit back. When I call the office no one has an answer for me about the unnecessary delay to process my payment. The only thing they are good at is to lock your flat when are late with payment. I just want my deposit back as I want nothing to do with these company as there is no customer care. I don't understand why must I fight to get my deposit back.
