Hi<br> <br> I would just like to know how long it takes to get a person deposit back? Taken that we moved over the weekend of the 28th March & they did the inspection today why do I have to wait 3- 6 weeks to get my deposit? this is the first time I hear a person has to wait so long to get it. In the other places that I've moved out they have never taken so long to pay a person's deposit. Can someone please get back to me regarding this matter.<br> <br>

Refund take approximately 4 weeks to finalise, this is due to the last meter readings for utilities used. If there are any repairs that you are liable for, and a contractor is required to perform these repairs, it may take longer. I confirmed you vacated the unit the end of March 2015. We try our best to treat all refunds as urgent, and therefore most of the refunds are refunded within two weeks.
