Delay on Deposit Refund

I rented a flat including Parking with City Property and moved out on the 31st of Jan 2015 but till today I have not receive my deposit refund when I speak to their consultants they give me different answers 1st it was Thabang who told me that everything is processed I should be getting my money within the next 24hrs if not I should call their customer care which I did and no one is picking up it kept on saying all their consaltants are busy I shuold leave a msg they will get back to which they didn't. When communicating with Busisiwe from the parking side she also promised me that by last wednessday the money should reflect on my acc but it didn't. All of them are giving different answers which gave me a wrong image about City Property all I want is my money and forget about City Property and their annoying poor service. I will never ever rent a flat with them not even recommend them to anyone bcos they dont value their customers.
