<p>We moved in at Cherere 106 in April 2015 my signed the contract with Mr Richard Botha we even explained to him that we are not South Africans we move from place to place he said no problem we just give notice even on our passports shows we not ,we were not informed about paying a fee of 5 300 Rand for cancelling our contract number 1 , number 2 we were not told about hidden cost for example when there were advertising their flat we were told that we pay water was metered , electricity prepared and Rent 4400 when the statements come we would pay for sewage and garbage of which every consumer has a right to know what they will pay for before they pay for it , 2 )when I went to give notice I was told that I was supposed to give 21 days notice and move none of the cancelation fees was mentioned to me , I moved out on the 27 of February made sure I left the flat in a condition that I left it in I cleaned the walls everything except my carpet was slightly burned the size of 4 cm not to the ground which I charged me almost 3000 including the service which I don't dispute, I was charged for fumigation why when I left my flat clean and never had any problems with roaches or anything on the 27 th of February when I called the caretaker to inspect my flat Mr Steven said I was the only person who has cleaned the flat , carpet ,walls bathroom and left it the way it was when I moved in because most people know that the Landlord will never give them their deposit back . When I heard that I called Your office I talked to a lady called Priscilla who told me that I will only be charged for being in liable for the flat until the 9 th of March I understood , only to receive a mail that shows I will not get my deposit of 9000 back I am even owing that's ****. We were given letters that says we must sign to show have received the letter only to be told that even the tenant can renew a contact that's bul**** if how can a tenant renew any contract do they know our financial situation why do we</p> <p>have to sit down and sign 5 page contract at your office if it's that easy that you bring a paper and anyone can sigh to renew the contact why did you not advise us on that only my partner who is the legal owner had the right not just Tom **** and Harry the **** I want my money back that was charged for cancelling the contract and the fumigation you inspected my flat several time and never had problems now you want to charge me for what why did I pay for being liable for the 21 days I really mad I would never recommend you to anyone so that you can ***** their money you do not care for anyone but take money from people the way you advise and the way you handle your self is different ,you let people live as many as they want because you are afraid of them which is wrong 5th floor the Indians there live as many as 7 in one and half bedroom the place is dirty that's the one you should charge for fumigation NOT ME </p> <p> </p>
