This company has purposely set up their processes in such a way to milk you dry. Every time you move to their unit they tell you because.... you have to start new and with it comes new deposits and admin fees. They could simply shift you from 1 to the other but no that would rob them of the opportunity to take more money from you. If their building i live in was not so close to my work place I would have stayed elsewhere long ago.

Our lease processes, including deposits and admin fees, are standard across all units to meet legal and operational requirements. We unfortunately cannot simply move tenants from one unit to another without taking these processes into consideration.
