Credit record

I was at a bank trying to apply for a credit card..it was sadly declined due to city property doubling my contract fee on my bureau as if i owe it money now my credit record looks bad due to them.as a tenant i am dissapointed.. i have called and sent emails..no one seems to be attending to my problem so far..i pay them every month on time always..its the least they could do..im stuck i cant do anything
