<p>I paid deposit and monthly rent when I moved in to city property. I was staying in a bachelor flat. I moved out in May. I was told i.m not going to get my deposit back cause I cleaned the wall with handy Andy and to repaint the wall is 3000. How do you use so much money to paint a bachelor flat. Which expensive paint are they using. Ok I didn't have a problem with that. I received an statement that I owe city property. What I don't understand is how do i owe them while I didn't get my deposit back, they owe me not the other way round.This is unfair, how n I suppose to pay them while an unemployed. They saying my deposit money was not enough to fix the damages. I.M no longer staying there , and I owe them nothing period....</p>
