Complaints Unattended

Numerous complaints have been sent out to security, their supervisor, building manager and the office directly and simultaneously about one specific tenant regarding their noise making but no effective solution has ever been made as tenant continues to make parties and noise regardless of the house rules. The building being Tali's Place. Three emails have been sent to City Property directly about this issue with no response to my emails as to how they will solve the issue. The building manager had involved the property manager but to no effect. Security either ignores my request at times to handle the issue when occurring [suspicion that some are using preferences for other tenants over others]. Once I had to call the security company Manty's at night just to have the security comply with my complain. Right now [22 October 2016, 17H15] the tenant is having a party and security told me that they said and I quote "We don't go tell tenants to stop making noise during the day, we do that at night only". The house rules in the contract never mentioned anything of this sort to me, the rule only say no tv or radio can be listened to loudly. Right now I can't do my work because of this nuisance happening on the next flat. Reminder that a tenants unit is a home to that tenant and should be respectful as such not only at night or when I finally complain on hello Peter and City Property should provide a suitable environment for housing and that is an assumed term in the contract. One email and complaint should have been enough.
