Complaint

<p>Hi, I believe this issue was dealt with at some point but it is not resolved, the tenant at 504 CPA PLACE give us the 5th floor tenants sleepless nights with his parties and loud music at night, we give him atleast till 10pm but he has his friends over till 3am Nd how does one sleep and manage to wake up n go to work if this happens like we live in a shebeen, he told me he would stop because he was given a warning but please move him to a different floor or some of us will have to move out of here, the securities can't even handle him because he goes quiet for few minutes after they speak to him and blasts music again, and that causes him and his friends to scream when they speak to each other, I'm really sick of having to report him and all he gets is warnings, and maybe he doesn't work but some of us do and need to sleep at night, he can't have parties or whatever causes him to make noise Monday to Monday and even after 10pm. This is a COMPLAINT from a very disturbed and disappointed tenant</p>
