With this company, you literally have to fight in order to be attended to.

HELEEN LE ROUX from city property is one of the agents there. She says to me that she will get back to me regarding the renewal of my lease midday on Monday. It’s Thursday today… no email no nothing.

This happened to me last year with Shaun de Beer. The exact same issue, this time with a different agent. There’s a systematic problem there for sure.

I’m so sick of this company.
