City Proprty Providing Bad Service :(

On 16 February 2020 I lost my flat key. The staff at my flat (Tom's Place) were not very helpful at all. It seems that City Property do not care about their residents unless it involves payments. The building mangers were very unhelpful and I feel that they could have assisted me more. Why is it that there is no onsite caretaker? The only person who was helpful was the onsite security guard and I do not know where I would have been if it was not for him :(
