City Property will mess up your life, very unprofessional

I was renting with City property from April 2020 until March 2023 at Theo's Place. They messed up my ICT profile because they made it seem as if I was renting 2 units whereas I moved from unit 23 to 148 due to renovations but instead, they opened a new account. When I was applying for vehicle finance in 2021, banks were rejecting me because it seemed as if I was renting 2 units. I reported the matter and they said it was resolved but it wasn't. Again in 2022, I app**** for housing finance and banks rejected me due to CP's negligence. A lady by the name of Izani told me that the profile had been closed and to my surprise, it's still there, appearing as if I am renting a flat for R1581.00 which is not true. A lady by the name of Refilwe said it has been updated which is still not true!!! Do not rent with these unprofessional people, they'll mess up your ICT profile and not help you, I been calling and writing to them since 2021. The only option that I'm left with is to involve the Housing Tribunal or my lawyers.
