City Property very bad service

Poor service in Centurion the hangar known as premium properties I told them that my wife got sick because of their dirty carpets and told them to find me another place they said no and they told me I must pay R6000,00 because I m leaving before 1 year and I told them the main reason why we developed sinus they even refused to help us what they wanted was R6000,00 because we wanted to move they said we must pay them the money a guy by the name of Sello he said he was one of the managers didn't even want to listen just told us about we have to pay the fine because we haven't stayed for a year they help you when you want to stay but when you are inside they don't even care , please don't stay there I want my money back
