In 2019, i have decide to terminate my lease in Sunnyside Pretoria, Savyon Place, then City property decided to do the property exit check assessment without involving me, fast forward i got the invoice on damages amounting over R7000, I then launched a complain regarding the repair cost as i haven't acknowledged , nothing was done, fast forward i am being listed for owing them R14000 ( this amount does not take into account the R5500 deposit that i couldn't claim) , parallel to that am getting the email of intent for Garnish order,
I feel so harassed and credit threatened about all this ********* conducts

After investigating your account we found that you have been in contact with our credit controllers regarding your arrears and payment thereof for several months before your lease was cancelled. It was also noted that you did not occupy this apartment yourself, but had occupants in who resided in the apartment on your behalf.
Unfortunately your deposit was allocated to your account, but was absorbed by the arrears. The amount you have been listed for is the current outstanding balance after your deposit was allocated to your account.
You have previously enquired (reference 253027), regarding the repair charges and all supporting documents have been sent to you in November 2019. Since then we have not received any further communication from you regarding this matter.
You are welcome to contact us should you want to discuss this matter for possible payment arrangements on your arrears on *** or ***.
