City Property -Splendid Place is a **** and takes advantages of Tenants

Splendid Place is a nightmare and has affected me so bad. I only stayed the for 12 months and i only moved there because there was a 0% deposit, they only made that special for flats that are old and has damaged,;the carpet was very old and stings, the bedroom window was cracked, it was not painted but when i move out they asked me to sign and they told me if there is anything they will let me know then after 2 months they told me i OWE R12 000, Basically they renewed the flat and want me to pay for it, The was a person who was staying the for few months before me and that person moved out and was no charged for anything now they said iam the one who damaged it they cant even show me the photos that before i moved in because they never took them as it was old and needed to renovated , how do i make a flat look old. Mpho, Isaac and Stella did even care what i want to say, they only tells me about the lawyers. R12 000 that ia 3 months rent. I'm disappointed and regret the day i decided to move in there
