City Property : Leo’s place

Leo’s place in Arcadia has to be the worst place I’ve ever lived in. That place is full of ****roaches. No amount of fumigation can help it. The building is not even properly maintained. Looks good on the outside but the minute you enter inside the apartment it’s chaos . The cardboards are old and rusty. Literally when I moved in the carpet was wet with a very bad smell. That time they charge you lots of money only for the building managers to treat you like you staying for free. I don’t even understand why you have to buy an access card . Like isn’t it suppose to be free then when you lose it that’s when you pay to replace
